Terms and Conditions
General Provisions
SIA "DFI Group", reg. No. 40203286166, legal address: Riga, Limbazu Street 4 k-2 - 38, LV-1005, sells goods listed on the website https://jewerla.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the online store), and the Buyer purchases and accepts the goods according to the assortment specified in the order placed in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the order). The ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer on the day when the following two conditions are met: the goods are received and paid for in full.
If the purchase agreement for goods (order) is concluded in the online store, a distance contract is formed between jewerla.com and the buyer. The rights and obligations arising from the distance contract apply to the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their business or professional activity) according to the legal acts.
By registering in the online store and agreeing to these Rules, the buyer confirms that they are an adult and capable person or have parental or guardian consent (if the buyer is a minor between fourteen and eighteen years old). If the buyer is a legal entity, an authorized person acts on its behalf. The buyer agrees to use the online store in compliance with the requirements of legal acts. In case of violation of the Rules or legal acts, jewerla.com reserves the right to immediately withdraw from the sales agreement and/or prohibit the buyer from using the online store.
Price and Payment Terms
In the online store, all prices for goods are indicated inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) at the rate established by legal acts (21%). By confirming the order according to the order form, the buyer agrees to pay the price of the goods indicated at the time of placing the order.
If a product is offered at a special (promotional) price, this offer is valid for the period during which the order can be placed at that price.
In addition to the price of the goods, the buyer pays for delivery costs if the chosen delivery method involves a fee. By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to the delivery costs specified in the order and their payment. The buyer must fully cover the delivery costs even if the order was not delivered (handed over) to the buyer due to the buyer's fault (e.g., absence at the agreed place/time), as well as the costs of redelivery if the parties agree on it.
The order and delivery costs can be paid in the following ways:
6.1. In cash or by card at jewerla.com's office; 6.2. In advance via bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice; 6.4. By ESTO leasing.
Payments can be made in a single payment or according to the terms of installment purchases by concluding the corresponding agreement.
Payment terms for the order depend on whether the buyer is a natural or legal person.
The payment of the order is confirmed by a payment document (confirmed payment order, cash receipt, accountable receipt). If the buyer makes payment by bank transfer, the payment date is considered the date of receipt of the payment in jewerla.com's account.
Order Placement and Delivery
To place an order, the buyer who agrees to these Rules fills out the order form on the online store's website and confirms it by clicking the appropriate button. Order confirmation includes the buyer's obligation to make payment. jewerla.com, after receiving the buyer's order, sends a confirmation of the order's activation and execution. The order remains valid until it is fulfilled or until one of the parties withdraws from it under the conditions provided by these Rules.
The order is delivered using the method chosen by the buyer after the order and delivery costs (if any) have been paid. jewerla.com will deliver the goods within the time specified in the order, but no later than the maximum delivery time provided by law unless the customer has agreed to a longer delivery period.
The order can be fulfilled in the following ways:
12.1. By jewerla.com's courier at an agreed time to the address provided by the buyer within the Republic of Latvia within 1-2 working days after jewerla.com notifies about the readiness of the order for delivery; 12.2. By delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker within 1-3 working days after receiving a notification from jewerla.com about the readiness of the order for delivery.
The buyer must be available at the phone number and/or email address specified in the order to agree with the delivery service (courier) on the delivery details (time, place) and other order execution matters.
The order is considered fulfilled when the goods are handed over to the buyer at the agreed time and place after verifying identity according to an identity document (passport, ID card) and signing the goods acceptance document. If the goods are delivered by a courier, jewerla.com authorizes the courier to sign the acceptance document on behalf of jewerla.com.
If the goods are delivered through a parcel locker, the order is considered fulfilled when the buyer retrieves the goods from the locker using the delivery notification with a locker opening code sent via SMS and/or email.
If the buyer ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately or if the buyer receives goods in several shipments or parts, the order is considered fulfilled on the day the last item is received in accordance with the chosen delivery method.
Unless otherwise agreed, jewerla.com reserves the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill the order in the following cases:
17.1. The buyer did not receive the goods within the time specified in these Rules, or delivery was not completed due to the buyer's fault or reasons attributable to the buyer; 17.2. It was not possible to agree with the buyer on the time and place of delivery within the time frame specified in the Rules; 17.3. The buyer did not appear at the agreed delivery time and/or place; 17.4. It was not possible to identify the buyer; 17.5. In cases not covered by these Rules, the parties shall be governed by the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia regulating sales and consumer protection.
If either party fails to fulfill the obligations under the contract or fulfills them improperly, the other party has the right to claim compensation for damages caused by the non-performance or improper performance of the contract.

The terms of these Rules may be amended by jewerla.com unilaterally without prior notice to the buyer, except in cases provided by the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other legal acts. The amendments come into effect from the moment of their publication on the website jewerla.com.
Any changes to the terms of the contract, including changes to the price of goods, come into effect only after they are agreed upon between the parties and the other party is notified of such changes in writing.
